Carpet

I went with the cut & sewn hardtop/4- speed carpet. It was advertised in the sales brochure back in the day as "Wall-to-Wall" carpet.

I glued carpet on the vertical section first. This piece also covers a couple inches of the floor pan to make a better/cleaner transaction between the 2 sections of carpet.

After looking over the console mounting bracket diagram to see where and how much to bent, I made 4 small brackets from sheet metal and pop-riveted them to the floor pan.
