Brakes
I did the Maverick/Granada disc brake swap back in the early 90's. This old setup didn't have considerably lot of bump steer but every now and then it will give the steering wheel a slight hint to remind you that it has a geometry problem. Everything I now have a 65 Falcon/Mustang spindles with disc brake conversion with the Kelsey-Hayes style 4-piston caliper.
Dual bowl master cylinder came with adjustable proportioning valve and a port for the brake light pressure switch. The rubber boot will not fit around the adjustable pushrod so I decided to stay with the Falcon pushrod.
Both Falcon and the Maverick rear brake hose is too short. The bracket that comes on the '65 Mustang GT/dual exhaust rear brake hose along with the hard lines and vent pipe will arrange things where they need to be.
